The death of an illegal immigrant in federal custody in Los Angeles has raised questions about the quality of medical care at federal detention centers. Detainees who shared living quarters with Victor Arellano say he died because staff at San Pedro's federal detention facility failed to administer AIDS medication until it was too late. The 23 year-old's mother says he died by her side, shackled to a bed, too weak to lift his arms. Reporter: Rob Schmitz
