The American Lung Association says eight of the 10 smoggiest counties in the nation are in California. Yesterday, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency held a hearing in Los Angeles to get public input on lowering acceptable levels of smog-forming ozone. Reporter: Rob Schmitz
