Audio currently not available for this program.Like other mainline Protestant denominations, the Presbyterian Church is struggling to stay unified despite deep divisions
over homosexuality and same sex marriage. The dispute has led several conservative churches to announce plans to break away
from the denomination. At least one church judicial body has ousted a minister from his job for marrying same sex couples.
Now, a lesbian minister from San Rafael is fighting her case. Reporter: Stephanie Martin
