Uncounted Votes

A week and a half after the presidential primary, about 800,000 votes are still being counted. We begin in Los Angeles where Los Angeles Bureau Chief Rob Schmitz reports that election officials are figuring out how to count some 50,000 ballots filled out by decline-to-state or independent voters.
