L.A.'s top Spanish-language disk jockeys carry lots of influence. For instance, they mobilized many of the people who took part in recent immigrant rights marches. For years, the nationally syndicated El Piolin and El Cucuy have ruled the roost. Now a third disc jockey, who goes by the name Don Cheto, has moved into the number two spot.
