The Inland Empire meatpacking plant that's at the center of the largest beef recall in U.S. history remains shut down this week. The U.S. Department of Agriculture recalled 143 million pounds of meat processed at the Westland Hallmark Meat Company. The department also suspended production at the company after a video surfaced showing workers apparently forcing sick and injured cows to slaughter. Reporter: Steven Cuevas
