A federal bankruptcy judge ruled Friday on a reorganization plan for Pacific Lumber. The ruling appears to end 18 months of bankruptcy and more than 20 years of controversy for the iconic timber company. KQED's Tamara Keith has been pouring through the 120 page ruling.
