State lawmakers are voting this week on a package of bills that would make it harder for health insurance companies to cancel
coverage for individual policyholders. Insurers are facing intense scrutiny for rescinding policies after discovering even
minor discrepancies in a member's health application. But consumer groups and state regulators say even with the proposed
