Health Insurance Rescissions

coverage for individual policyholders. Insurers are facing intense scrutiny for rescinding policies after discovering even
minor discrepancies in a member's health application. But consumer groups and state regulators say even with the proposed
new laws in place, those who want to buy individual insurance policies will still be powerless. Reporter: Sarah Varney
