Drought Hearing

California's top water official told a congressional committee that the state is facing the most significant water crisis in its history. A House subcommittee met in Fresno yesterday to hear testimony about the drought. Farmers and politicians sent a strong message, but other voices were noticeably absent. Reporter: Sasha Khokha


Latinos and HIV

One of the biggest issues in fighting the spread of HIV and AIDS is getting those who might be at risk of infection to get tested in a timely way. Treatment is much less effective for those who avoid HIV testing until their infections are advanced. That problem is particularly acute among Latino immigrants, and treatment specialists are now trying to understand why. Reporter: Ailsa Chang
