Scraper Bikes

Oakland is a town where hip-hop is king and cars known as "scrapers" are huge. They're large, bright and have rims so big that they scrape the inside of the wheel well. Recently, some Oakland teenagers have taken those aesthetics and applied them to bicycles. They've created a scraper bike music video that's become a YouTube sensation. We talk to the Scraper Bike King, Tyrone Stevenson Jr., and some of his crew.
