This week, republican delegates in St. Paul will crown Senator John McCain their nominee for president. Here in California, McCain has promised to campaign hard for votes instead of just dropping in periodically to attend fundraisers. Even so, party insiders admit republicans face an uphill battle here. Reporter: John Myers
