Buried deep in Governor Schwarzenegger's budget proposal are some changes in overtime policy for high-tech workers that have labor advocates fuming. While the computer industry says the changes would merely clear up confusion in the law, others fear the shift represents an erosion of worker protections. Reporter: Tara Siler
