L.A.'s Push for Green Jobs

Though it's known for crowded freeways and a polluting past, Los Angeles is dreaming of a future with green jobs for its poorest residents. That may sound like a feel-good Coca-Cola commercial from the 1970s, but that's exactly what L.A. is planning with a series of new laws to require more energy efficient buildings.
