Ever since a huge redwood mill closed in Fort Bragg six years ago, the Mendocino County town has been trying to figure out what do about miles of rocky coastline contaminated with dioxin. Last week, the City Council approved a cleanup plan with an unusual ingredient. Reporter: Lisa Morehouse
