Wed, Sep 17, 2008 The California Report Undocumented Student Tuition Tens of thousands of illegal immigrants enrolled at California's community colleges and public universities are waiting to see if their tuition will go up. A state appeals court has ruled that California can't charge undocumented college students cheaper in-state tuition unless it offers the same benefit to any U.S. citizen from out of state.
