This year's state budget saga is finally coming to an end 81 days into the new fiscal year. Legislators thought they had a deal earlier this week, but Governor Schwarzenegger threatened to veto the budget they passed. Now, legislators have finally struck a new agreement the governor could accept. Guest: John Myers, Sacramento bureau chief for KQED Public Radio.
