Silicon Valley Feels the Pain

This year's tumbling economy made getting a state budget deal much harder in Sacramento. Now the pain from that crisis seems to be spreading. California's jobless rate reached 7.7 percent last month, way up from 5.5 percent a year ago. The meltdown is focused on the housing and financial markets, but other sectors of the economy are feeling it too. Reporter: Oanh Ha
