This year's budget saga is now headed to the ballot box. Next year, voters will be asked to ratify three items in a special statewide election. Among those items is a proposal that would allow the state to borrow money against future revenues from the California Lottery. As we report, the proposal has no set limits on how much can be borrowed. Reporter: John Myers
California now has a general agreement with six neighboring states and four Canadian provinces on how to put the brakes on greenhouse gas emissions. It's being called the most comprehensive plan of its kind, but the deal known as the Western Climate Initiative still has a lot of details to be filled in. Reporter: Craig Miller
