The State of the State Electorate

More Californians are now registered to vote than ever before. According to the secretary of state, the number has reached 16 million. California has been putting about 12,000 new voters on the rolls each month since mid-May. Guest: John Myers, Sacramento bureau chief for KQED Public Radio.
