Prison Health Care Reform Money

A federal judge has ordered state officials to return to court later this month to say how they'll pay a first installment of $250 million to improve health care at California prisons. Reporter: Julie Small

Governor Schwarzenegger and legislative leaders met Wednesday to consider a series of problems, from the credit crunch on Wall Street to the faltering economy. Also in the air was the fact that the new state budget relied on revenue projections crafted long before the real storm hit. Reporter: John Myers
