Big Solar on the Ballot

California has two ballot initiatives next month that deal with clean energy. One of them, Proposition 7, would require that much more solar and wind energy be used in California. That may seem like a slam-dunk for anyone leaning green, but many environmental groups are coming out against it. Reporter: David Gorn
