California's Climate Plan

The state's latest plan to tackle climate change is getting mostly positive reviews. Many are applauding the leadership role that California has taken with its aggressive plan to reduce carbon emissions. Others think it needs to go further still. Reporter: Craig Miller


Telemedicine on the Reservation

Rural Californians often travel hours to get the medical care they need. Over the next three years, a $30 million "California Telehealth Network" will equip rural clinics with high-speed Internet connections and video cameras to bring physicians and patients together digitally.
