How California Changed the Tone of UN Climate Talks

Representatives from 187 countries are in Poznan, Poland this week to chart out the course of global climate politics. But many say the tone of this meeting was actually set in California two weeks ago with a little help from the president-elect. Reporter: Craig Miller
