Truckers arrived in Sacramento in force yesterday, upset over a new rule that would require all diesel trucks and buses on
California roads to retrofit their engines and meet lower emission standards. For Californians, that means cleaner, safer
air. For truckers, it means shelling out about $5 billion to fix their rigs. Reporter: David Gorn
