Ryan Bowen doesn't have tickets to the presidential inauguration, but the 22 year old has a really cheap way to get there. The Occidental College grad is riding his bike 4,000 miles, from L.A. to Washington, D.C. He left Los Angeles on December 2nd. We caught up with him earlier this week in New Orleans.
