swearing in ceremony in Washington, Scott Shafer talked with Californians about that call to duty.
The celebration welcoming Barack Obama into presidency was not confined to the beltway. As inauguration celebrations were
thrown throughout California, we stopped by L.A.'s largest celebration. Reporter: Rob Schmitz
Not everybody had the luxury of returning to a job after watching the inauguration. Like the nation, California is suffering
from high unemployment. For some of those on the down side of the down economy, the change in Washington offered a little
