So far, it's yet another day without a state budget deal. The leader of the state Senate now says he intends to force a vote on a controversial $14 billion tax increase. The question is whether enough Republicans will vote for it. Reporter: John Myers
It's been called 'California's polar bear,' even though it's closer to a hamster in size. It's the American pika. And last week, the federal government agreed to look into listing it under the Endangered Species Act. The pika would be the first animal in the lower 48 states to be listed as a direct result of climate change. But it's been an uphill fight.
