State Drought Hearing

Recent storms have brought the state snowpack levels up to 87 percent of normal. But the reservoirs are still about half as full as they should be this time of year, forcing farmers to make severe water cutbacks. The State Board of Food and Agriculture met in Fresno yesterday to hear from farmers and local communities about the impact of the ongoing drought. Reporter: Sasha Khokha
