Prop. 8 Back to the Court

Supporters and opponents of gay marriage are gathering this morning outside the California Supreme Court in San Francisco. The court will hear oral arguments today on whether a ban on same-sex marriage approved by voters in November should stand. Reporter: Sarah Varney


Transit Cuts

Local transit agencies around California are struggling with a gaping hole in funding left by the recent state budget agreement. As part of its budget balancing act, the legislature cut to zero the amount of state money going to help local transit agencies with their daily operations. Reporter: Peter Jon Shuler
