The Air Resources Board is likely to approve new regulations for the fuel we put in our cars and trucks. The rules promise a big cut in greenhouse gas emissions, but the ethanol industry -- which promotes itself as making cleaner, more Earth-friendly fuels -- is furious with the proposed plan.
