California Special Election: Proposition 1B

A new Field Poll finds that if the May 19 special election were held today, every one of the budget-related ballot measures would fail. One of the measures in danger of failing is Proposition 1B, which promises an additional $9 billion for public schools. But even if Proposition 1B wins, it could still lose. Reporter: John Myers
