As swine flu continues to spread around the world, the Centers for Disease Control must make a major decision -- whether or not to pursue a vaccine. Today, officials said they're holding off for now. Without a vaccine, there's no way to prevent swine flu. But some scientists believe we'll be much better prepared for the pandemics of the future. Reporter: Amy Standen
