It's graduation season, and colleges are downshifting as hordes of students pack up for summer vacation. But for some colleges, summer is the perfect time to give a new crop of students a jump-start on the Fall semester. Summer bridge programs are one strategy to help the most vulnerable students increase their odds of academic success. Reporter: Elaine Korry
