Governor to Propose Additional Cuts

Governor Schwarzenegger says he will soon propose an additional $5 billion in cuts on top of the $9 billion he proposed last week to help balance the state?s budget. The governor says the deeper cutbacks are his interpretation of Tuesday's special election results. Reporter: John Myers
