Life throughout France will nearly stop this weekend as this year's Tour de France bike race crosses the finish line. In California, the event isn't nearly so big a deal. But if you know where to look, you can find plenty of Golden State fans watching professional cycling's grandest spectacle. Reporter: Dan Brekke
