California's Hidden Deficit

With more than 2 million Californians out of work, the state is shelling out more than $1 billion per month in unemployment
benefits. But the state's insurance trust fund is broke. So, like a number of states, California is borrowing that money
from the federal government -- enough to make the Golden State the biggest debtor state in the nation. Reporter: Peter Jon Shuler
