Making Foreclosed Houses Family Homes Again

A single vacant, foreclosed house can be an eyesore and a crime magnet -- and it can bring local property values down. When
there are dozens within a few blocks, they can take down a neighborhood. But Habitat for Humanity, the nonprofit devoted
