Clock Ticking on Legislative Session

There's less than 24 hours left in this year's legislative session at the state capitol. The three biggest policy issues remain in limbo: water policy, prison population and greenhouse gas reduction. Guest: John Myers, Sacramento bureau chief for the California Report.


State Rules Out Power Line Shutdown

State utility regulators rejected a proposal from San Diego Gas and Electric to shut down power in some rural areas on hot, windy days. The plan was intended to prevent wildfires sparked by power lines. Reporter: Katie Orr
