University of California Regents are considering a plan that would raise fees in January 2010 and again in the fall of 2010, on top of an earlier fee hike this fall. The prospect of a 44 percent rise in undergraduate fees over two years drew impassioned protesters to San Francisco yesterday. Reporter: Sarah Varney
