California Hosts Climate Summit

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger kicked off the second Global Climate Summit yesterday in Los Angeles. It's a three-day conference, featuring panelists from around the world discussing what are known as "subnational" strategies to cut carbon emissions. Reporter: Lauren Sommer
