FBI agents continue to sweep five Southern California counties for suspects in a massive international cyberscam. The case
involves 100 accused conspirators in the United States and Egypt who allegedly tried to steal personal information from thousands

Yesterday, the ACLU filed a challenge to California's Proposition 69, which requires DNA samples from anyone arrested on felony
charges, even those who are not charged or convicted. Orange County prosecutors have gone a step further and are offering
