This Saturday marks the 20th anniversary of the Loma Prieta earthquake. It was centered in Santa Cruz County and killed 63 people during those few seconds of intense shaking. What if there had been a short heads-up before the quake struck, an alert like other countries have? Reporter: Amy Standen
