Classic images of the Loma Prieta earthquake are mostly associated with San Francisco and Oakland. But the quake caused $6 billion in damage throughout the region. Its epicenter was located 10 miles from Santa Cruz, where large sections of downtown were reduced to rubble. Reporter: Sarah Yahm
