Most homeless people never get an audience to hear their story. But they often have a story to tell about how they came to be living on the streets. On a recent trip to San Diego Scott Shafer saw a middle-aged guy sitting on a sidewalk on 4th Avenue downtown. He wondered what his turning Point was.
