Profile of a Homeless Veteran
As President Obama weighs options for sending
more troops to Afghanistan, many California communities
are already dealing with the aftermath of that war. In
San Diego, the VA Medical Center has enrolled 17,000
veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Almost a
third of them are diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress
Disorder, and nearly 10 percent have traumatic brain
injuries. We meet one homeless veteran who served in the
Iraq War. Reporter: Alison St. John
