Californians are marking World AIDS Day with
memorials for those who died and calls to action to help
those still with us. But there are fears that essential
services to people living with AIDS may be lost due to

The health care overhaul bills in Congress
don't throw out the "fee for service" model, in which
doctors bill more when they order more tests and
procedures. But they do include incentives for doctors
who form "accountable care organizations" which use a
