National Guard Under Investigation
The U.S. military launched an investigation yesterday into alleged spying by the California National Guard. But a state lawmaker says the investigation may be a cover-up.

Congressman Cunningham Investigated for Ties to Contractor
California Congressman Randy "Duke" Cunningham is under investigation by the federal government. The FBI is looking into the San Diego Republican's relationship with a military contractor named Mitchell Wade. Cunningham sold his home to Wade, allegedly for more than it was really worth. Now investigators are asking if it was some kind of payback from Wade. Scott Shafer talks to reporter Marcus Stern, who is covering the story for Copley News Service in Washington.
