EPA Ozone Hearing
The American Lung Association says eight of the 10 smoggiest counties in the nation are in California. Yesterday, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency held a hearing in Los Angeles to get public input on lowering acceptable levels of smog-forming ozone.

Clovis Soldiers
More than four hundred Californians have been killed in Iraq since U.S. forces invaded that country. Casualties have come from all over the state. Residents in the Central Valley town of Clovis are gathering for a funeral today. For the seventh time, they're flying flags at half-mast and bringing food and flowers to their neighbors in mourning. As Terry Phillips of KVPR in Fresno reports, they just didn't expect it to be the Hubbard family.
