They're large, bright and have rims so big that they scrape the inside of the wheel well. Recently, some Oakland teenagers have taken those aesthetics and applied them to bicycles. They've created a scraper bike music video that's become a YouTube sensation. We talk to the Scraper Bike King, Tyrone Stevenson Jr., and some of his crew.
